Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Blahchic Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier whenever possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required for reshipment.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
